Web Cars 2 — Privacy Policy

version 2 · August 19, 2026

The short version:

We collect almost nothing, we sell nothing, and there are no ads, no trackers and no cookies. An account needs one thing — your email address — and you can delete the whole account yourself, from inside the game. This applies the same way whether you play in a browser or in the app.

1. Who we are

Web Cars 2 is a driving game you can play in a web browser at webcars.fun or install as an app. This policy covers both: it is the same game either way, and neither version collects anything the other does not. For anything in this policy, write to eula@webcars.fun.

2. Playing without an account

You can play signed out, and then we store nothing on our servers that names you. Your star progress, unlocked tracks and settings are kept locally, on your own device, and never leave it.

We do receive anonymous play statistics — which track and car, how long a run lasted, the stars it earned — under a random id that identifies an installation of the game, not a person.

3. With an account

Registering adds, on our servers:

4. Your email address

It is used to run your account: signing in, verification codes, password resets and account-deletion links — plus at most a few messages a year about what is new in the game, which you can switch off in Settings. We never sell, rent or share it, and we never hand it to anyone for marketing.

5. What we do not do

No advertising, no third-party analytics or trackers, no cookies, and no selling or sharing of any data. What the game keeps on your side is stored locally on your device, and clearing it is always yours to do.

6. Where your data lives

On Amazon Web Services in Stockholm, Sweden (region eu-north-1), inside the European Union.

7. Deleting your data

Account → Delete my account, confirmed through a link we email you. It removes the account, its settings, stars and unlocks. Anonymous play statistics are kept, but they never contained your email address. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, write to eula@webcars.fun.
